I just wanted to come on and say Hi. Hope you all enjoy your Tuesday night. It has been a long day. I had a weird incident today.
When I was doing water changes, I was almost done with the goldfish tank and I straight up had a panic attack. I have never had that happen before, but I ended up finishing up the goldfish tank and taking a break to calm myself down. It helped and I was able to go and do the pleco's water change.
Not sure why that happened. I am just glad that I was able to get over it. Today just felt off, I felt weird this morning and I don't know why.
I am just glad I was able to get water changes done. I have been doing this for years and have never felt this way before.
Tomorrow is a new day and will be better.
